Each year on Good Friday we put on a passion play to portray the events surrounding the crucifixion of Jesus Christ. The play takes place twice on Good Friday- first on the streets of Abergavenny in the morning and then on the streets of Brynmawr in the afternoon. Crowds of a few hundred have turned out to see the play, which has happened every year since 2001 in Abergavenny and since 2005 in Brynmawr.
