We meet weekly at 10am on a Sunday morning in Orchard Street Community Centre

Format

The format of our Sunday service is roughly as follows:

10am-10.45am Worship for all the family

10.45am- 11.30am Sunday School for the children (in the room to the side of the stage) and message from the Bible for adults.

Coffee & teas are served after the service

Communion Meal

Every 2nd Sunday of the month we celebrate the Lord’s Supper (using bread and a wine-substitute) to commemorate Jesus’ death for us on the cross. Visitors are welcome to take part in this if they have come into a personal relationship with Jesus. If not, we still welcome you to join with us, but please pass the bread and wine to the next person without feeling under any compulsion to take it yourself. We leave it to the discretion of parents as to whether they feel their children are able to have the bread and wine.

Giving

We do not have a formal collection, but there is an offering box should people wish to give in support of the work of the Church. We would not expect visitors to give anything- we just want you to be blessed by your time with us.

Dress Code

We are very informal as a Church. Whereas some Churches would encourage people to dress up to come to Church we would just encourage you to come as you are. Jeans are good!

Worship

We have musicians leading worship using modern instruments and also the words for the songs are projected onto a screen.
